New York Street

I've always had an aversion to ruffles.... I think It may have started in the late 90's early 00's when every store on the planet was selling those ruffle mini skirts.... you would even see moms wearing them.
But lately I've changed my opinion about them.... I even picked up that peachy pink ruffled dress at Topshop the other day... you know the one.
I'm all for mixing ruffles with gold chains and leather cuffed shoes.....
