High waisted skirt with a message.
I've talked about this before, wearing different shades of the same color. Like my husband in his blueberry phase (not pictured). I'll call this guy a cloud, or maybe..... what's gray? The sidewalk? Those ones are both kind of boring but you get the idea......
I love the tulle skirt and the flash of royal blue socks!
